Birthday FAQs

What is included in the DIY Magic Package?
  • Choose from our list of themes or customize a theme for an additional fee.

  • Custom Happy Birthday sign for the host.

  • One balloon per guest.

  • Party music playlist.

  • Goodie bags for the host and each participating guest.

  • Two instructors/facilitators.

  • All materials and tools provided.

  • WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity available.

What are the details about the studio space?
  • The studio space is private and operates as a drop-off location. Guest parents/guardians are optional.

  • Maximum capacity is 30 people (this includes both children and adults).

  • For the best art activity experience, we recommend no more than 16 child participants.

  • A $50 fee will be charged for each additional child participant beyond the recommended 16.

  • Combined headcount (children and adults) must not exceed 30 people. A $350 fee will apply if your headcount exceeds this limit on the day of the event.

  • Participating siblings count toward the headcount.

  • Please note: Birthday decorations are not provided unless explicitly included in the package.

What food is included in the package?
  • One slice of cheese pizza and one juice box per guest.

  • One cupcake and one small water bottle per guest.

  • Additional outside food or drinks are permitted, but a $150 cleaning fee will apply.

  • We do not provide cutlery, plates, or utensils for outside food or drinks.

Can we customize our party theme?
  • Yes! We offer a list of themes to choose from, or you can request a customized theme for an additional fee.

Are there any restrictions on headcount?
  • Yes, the maximum combined headcount for children and adults is 30 people.

  • If the headcount exceeds this limit on the day of the event, a $350 over-capacity fee will apply.

  • Participating siblings are included in the headcount.

Can parents or guardians stay during the party?
  • Parents or guardians are optional as guests. The space is designed for drop-off parties to give kids an engaging, creative experience.

Are decorations included?
  • Decorations are not included unless specifically stated in the package details.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?
  • Yes, you may bring additional outside food or drinks for a $150 cleaning fee.

  • Please note that we do not supply cutlery, plates, or utensils for outside food or drinks.

What happens if we want to invite more than 16 child participants?
  • While the recommended maximum for child participants is 16 for the best experience, you can add additional child participants for $50 each.

  • Keep in mind that the total combined headcount for children and adults must not exceed 30.

What is provided for the art activities?
  • All materials and tools required for the art activities are provided by us.

  • Two instructors/facilitators will guide the activities to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants.
